Reminder: 6th Grade Family Orientation Night is this Thursday, August 14, 2025.
Easton Middle School invites 6th grade students and their families to an informational evening session from 6:00-7:00 p.m. in the EMS gymnasium. This session is also open to parents of new students in other grades.
The agenda includes discussions on middle school expectations, effective time management, communication strategies, Powerschool, and collaborative approaches between staff and families to enhance student experience.
We hope you can join us. For those unable to attend, the presentation slides will be made available upon request via email.

Fall sports season is right around the corner, and we’re excited to welcome our student-athletes back to the field, court, and course!
If your child is interested in participating in a fall sport, please be sure to register them online as soon as possible using the Snap platform and make sure they have an up to date sports physical on file with our athletic trainer, Mrs. Ashley, ashley.weber@talbotschools.org.

Talbot County Public Schools has transitioned to a new procedure for planning school bus routes. In the past, students were automatically assigned to buses based on their home address. For the 2025-2026 school year, bus routes will be assigned BY REQUEST ONLY.
This is a reminder that the Transportation Opt-In Form for the 25-26 school year must be submitted on or before July 31. If you have not already done so, please refer to the email sent from noreply@transfinder.com in early June, and submit a form for each student to EITHER opt in or opt out of bus transportation. Thank you!
